Vsevolod works in the legal team at RTP Global, and is based in the firm’s London office. He is responsible for working across a wide range of issues related to primary and secondary transactions. He also provides legal support to the investment team and conducts the due diligence processes required to evaluate the business and legal aspects of a potential investment opportunity.
