Tom is a VP on RTP Global’s European team, based in London. He is focused on early-stage investments in areas such as AI/ML, infrastructure, dev tooling and B2B SaaS. He loves to find and help the founders whose idea creates an entirely new market and becomes the thing that, in ten years, their customers can’t live without.

Prior to joining RTP Global in 2021, Tom was a Technical Operations Executive at email security start-up Tessian, working cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering and Product teams. After studying Biological Sciences at the University of Bristol, Tom joined Aurrigo to manage autonomous EV operations at their test tracks in Milton Keynes and Heathrow Airport.

In his spare time, Tom is a keen long-distance runner and is striving to push past a marathon distance. He’s also a keen cook, with a particular passion for spicy food.
